I wanted to send my heartfelt condolences to the family and friends who knew Bruce closely. I hope you feel touched by the kind thoughts and love poured out by countless fans who are all strangers to each other yet connected undeniably by Bruce and Runrig. My entire childhood was spent listening to Runrig and Bruce’s voice is the play list for some of my most treasured memories. He had a way that soothed hearts and brought light when we felt dark. I had the bittersweet privilege to be among the crowd at Stirling for The Last Dance, to sing along with them and dance one last time, to send my cheers and joy out with everyone else, to sing them off stage with “Hearts Of Olden Glory”. I’m hopeful he knew how much he was loved and appreciated. Thank you for sharing him with us.
