Being a fan of Runrig back in the 90s, when things turned a bit sour, was it possible that the end had come, but lo and behold, the Voice arrived, and the rest is history, culminating in a never to be forgotten night in Stirling in 2018. Bruce and the band grabbed the audience from the very first note, and blew us all away, and the Voice was sublime, as were his mates.

I can only imagine how the band will be feeling, losing a 'brother in arms', but family and friends back home in Nova Scotia will feel an incredible loss at this time as well, and you are in the thoughts of everyone, be it Scotland, Canada and many places across the world.

I believe Bruce wasn't short of humour, and I smile at the thought of him regailing all, and singing with the voice of an angel.
