Through my husband I got to know Runrig and with him Bruce. Together we infected my father and also our children. "Every River" was our wedding song. "Hearts of olden glory" was my brother-in-law's funeral song and my father has also already chosen his funeral songs, by Runrig and Bruce of course. For our daughter, "The Story" will be her wedding song.  My 9-years old son loves "Clash for the ash". My husband loves the album "Bound of bethleham". 

There was nothing better for us than going to concerts together as a family, be it in Germany, Scotland or Bruce Christmas concerts. The children could sing along to some of the songs better than we could. 

I was still hoping for one or two of the Guthro family Christmas concerts.

Afterwards we will sit in front of the TV as a family and mourn with the Guthro family and all the Riggies.
