You have no idea when you are alive of the impact you truly have. Bruce, you leave a huge legacy.
My Mum died on 5th November 2022. She was 63. It was cancer. She was a lifelong Runrig fan - from cassette tapes of Amazing Things in the 90s to more recently blasting out Onar in the car. Throughout my life Bruce’s voice, the music and my Mum were intertwined in a way I can’t really explain - when we first heard Maymorning I have a vivid memory of dancing around the kitchen with my Mum and sister singing as loud as we could! We saw Bruce and Runrig many times, and every song holds precious memories. That is a gift that Bruce gave with his voice and songwriting and me and my family will never forget those memories. 
To Bruce’s family - the loss is enormous, and you are not alone. Hold onto each other and love each other as much as you can. The biggest condolences.
