Although I'd heard of and knew a few Runrig songs since the early 90's, I only came to love the band in 2017 having downloaded a few albums for a road trip around the North of Scotland. One of the albums was Party on the Moor from the 40th anniversary concert in 2013. I was immediately smitten with Bruce's voice and I could feel his charisma seeping from the car's speakers on my long drive. I only got to see Runrig once and what a night that was. It was the first night at Stirling and I feel privileged to have been a part of the Story. 

I was really saddened to hear of Bruce's passing last week. His legacy will live with his fans forever. My sincere condolences to Bruces family, friends and bandmates.
