As I wrote in the Book of Golden Stories... seeing Runrig on their Stamping Ground tour in Newcastle in May 2001 renewed my zest for life after losing my partner Roger four months earlier. The words of Maymorning always take me back to that time.

The icing on the cake was chatting to Bruce in the hotel bar after the gig when he signed my CD. I have treasured that meeting ever since. Such a beautiful person as well as a highly talented singer and musician!
