I had the joy of meeting Bruce twice in his career; once when he opened for Leahy, and again at the Edmonton Folk Festival after he had joined Runrig.  I also had the pleasure of seeing him with the band in Falkirk, where he had me singing to Loch Lomond. He was always extremely friendly and happy to chat with his fans. As a Canadian, I was extremely proud to have him take over the lead singer role with Runrig. My thoughts are with his friends and family atvthis time.  Thank you for sharing him with the world.
